This Disclosure Notice has been prepared to explain the principles regarding the processing of your personal data by ERTEKS Otomotiv Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. ("Ertex", the "Company") as data controller, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data Processed

The following categories of personal data may be processed within the scope of your relationship with our Company:

• Identity: first name, last name
• Contact: email address, phone number, address
• Customer Transaction: request and complaint records, order and configuration preferences
• Marketing: interests, your preferred model and design information
• Transaction Security / Digital: IP address, cookie records, website usage data

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Evaluating requests and quotations, carrying out sales and after-sales processes
• Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations
• Managing customer relations and carrying out communication activities
• Promotional, campaign and marketing activities, where you consent
• Operating, improving and securing the website

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK on the grounds of necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorised public institutions, business partners, suppliers and service providers for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and providing the service.

As our Company operates in Istanbul, Ankara, Dubai (UAE) and Düsseldorf (Germany), transfers abroad may occur to the extent required by the service and in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected by automated and non-automated means through website forms, email, telephone, showroom visits and social media channels.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject (Article 11 of the KVKK)

As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and its deletion or destruction, to object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processing exclusively by automated systems, and to request the remedy of any damage.
